I found CF Fitness about 7 years ago. I have been at CFW for 9 months.

The support and encouragement from gym members and coaches.

My favorites are thrusters and cleans. 

Challenging movements would be gymnastics moves, which I am working on, pull ups and toes to bar.

It is not really a PR. but it is for me, I am able to do wall walks, which I could not do when I started.

Goals 1. Is to build more strength. 2. To be able to do 10 pull ups in a row. 3. Better flexibility.

CFW has made me a physically and mentally stronger person. I can do hard things.

Show up. Talk to coaches about your goals. All workouts  can be  scaled. Go at your own pace. Listen to your coaches.
