I’ve been in CrossFit for about 8 years. CFW has always been one of my favorite gyms. A nice variety of coaches, clean gym, and very flexible to meet their athletes needs. They are definitely interested in seeing their athletes excel! The gym is a good fit for all experience and fitness levels. If you are new to the world of CrossFit or been around for a bit I believe this gym is a good fit for you.

Super trainers, great nutrition to help. Basic gym no frills or special effects just down to basics for body,health and fitness. Trainers help to learn proper techniques and positions.
